This has been a practical daily driver on island and is currently in use. It has 4x4 with 4WD Lock; automatic transmission with manual gear selection; cold A/C; Apple/Android CarPlay; backup camera; and folding rear seats with a good amount of cargo space.�
One of the things I've appreciated about this Jeep on St. John is its size. It's small enough that parking in town isn't too much of a headache, while still having the 4x4 capability and space of an SUV. The manual gear selection is also genuinely useful on the St. John hills, the ability to charge up the hills and use engine braking downhill has made this more of a spirited and enjoyable drive. Brakes are in good shape.
Recent work and extras:
* Main battery and auxiliary battery replaced this summer
* CarPlay/head unit replaced approximately 3 months ago
* Two new front tires and new full-size spare tire
* Rear tires have good remaining tread
* Recently detailed inside and out
* WeatherTech floor mats
* Steering-wheel cover
* Windshield sunshade
This is an island vehicle and isn't cosmetically perfect. Some Love City love-taps around the driver's-side rear quarter panel, which is shown clearly in the photos. The headliner adhesive has also released in areas and is being secured with upholstery pins (pins on way).
Known issues: The tire-pressure monitoring system displays a service warning, the auto start/stop is not currently functioning. I also have a recent estimate from St. John Auto for replacement of the valve-cover gasket/seals and engine torque strut mount, which I'm happy to provide to a serious buyer.
Overall, this is a low-mileage 4x4 Compass with cold A/C, working CarPlay, recent batteries and tire work, and a few known items that have been taken into consideration with the asking price.
