Dear Craigslist...

It's been almost one year since I discovered Craigslist and I like to say that this is coolest site around! Now that it's Christmas time, I spend most of my time in my house, reading your postings.

My house is pretty small and I was looking for something more roomy, so I looked up some apartments in the Housing section. Can you believe how high these people are charging for these places! Some of them are smaller than mine, but I would have to sell Charlie Brown just to get the security deposit for them. Anyways, I have low overhead so my rents pretty low, so I'm not too bad right now...

It's been really tough since the September 11th tragedy, but me and the gang our keeping our chins up. I was going to write up a resume since things have been slow for the gang, but when I looked into the Job section, I saw twice as less jobs than there were last month...I really hope our Army and Airforce take care of thoughs Talibans punks! I know a lot of people are hurting because of the effect it has on our economy and I hope the best for them especially since a friend of mine is in the Army.

I've also been looking into the Sales/Wanted section were I've been trying to sell my car for the past two month. I think it's great that you don't charge people to post there ads here and thank you for it. There are, however, a lot of tirekickers and flakes looking at the cars/trucks section though. So far, I've got an offer for free books in the Barter/Swap/Free section. The catch was that I had to take them all away in order to get the one I wanted. It looks like I'm gonna have a very long Christmas this year.

Well, I would love talk to you a little longer, but I got a date with a girl from the Personals section in about a hour so I better get moving. I just hope that my date really isn't a guy pretending to be a girl so I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed.

Before I go, I just want to hope Craigslist and the Craiglisters a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!
