We offer in-house loadcell calibrations for higher load ranges and calibrations to meet special requirements can be arranged through appropriate calibration laboratories. As a manufacturer we can repair and recalibrate all our loadcells, both standard and bespoke designs. We also recalibrate and repair loadcells made by other manufacturers. Additionally, short - term courses of various durations are organized for the persons who want to learn more about vacuum gauges, strain gauges, vibrating wire type instruments and their applications. These courses begin with introduction of "strain gauges" and go on to expand up to date collection under static and dynamic conditions and their interpretation.All instruments or sensors made locally or imported from our associates from other countries can be re-calibrated at our office for which we maintain necessary calibration equipment traceable to national / international laboratories.
Our Quality
When completed, each load cell is individually tested and calibrated. Each cell must meet or exceed rigid electrical and mechanical performance tests before it is released for service. Also, each load cell, duly Electroless Nickle Plated, is tested to its full rated capacity, and in most instances, to its over rated capacity.
