1 BEDROOM IS NOT A STUDIO.
STUDIOS ARE EFFICIENCIES AND SHOULD NEVER BE LISTED OR DESCRIBED AS A 1 BEDROOM.
A 1 BEDROOM MEANS A SEPERATE ROOM BIGGER THAN A CLOSET INTENDED TO BE A BEDROOM AND HAS A DOOR THAT CLOSES.
IF THE UNIT YOU'RE ADVERTISING DOES NOT HAVE THIS seperate ROOM, ISOLATED FROM THE REST OF THE APARTMENT, IT IS NOT A 1 BEDROOM. IT IS A STUDIO, WHICH IS NOT A 1 BEDROOM.
ALSO, A STUDIO IS NOT A 1 BEDROOM.
ALSO, A 1 BEDROOM IS NOT A STUDIO.
Please, for the love of everything in the world, stop posting studios as a 1 bedroom. Just because a person sleeps in that space does not mean it's a 1 bedroom. It's still a studio, even if someone sleeps in it, if it's not a seperate room with a door.
