clear plastic bag w/ skull mask and cryptic trinkets

yes, thats right....walking home Tuesday night, on Mass Ave, in front of the main MIT building, i found, taped to an electrical box, a clear plastic bag. In the bag was a paper skull mask, a US map postcard that read "Sodomy is Good For America" (witha 1 on the back)a bizarre worksheet, a balloon, some stickers and pins, and a few other items, making for a strange prize pack. At the time, stoned and full of wonder(and beer..)it seemed a fantastic find, but now I fear it was intended for someone, who didn't get it.

can anyone shed some light on what this is all about? A visit to a website name checked on one of the pins offered no insight...
