Ba: Basics

I'm a single white male. Yay, me!

I weigh about 200lbs.

I'm a geek. I can't hide it. Fortunately, I'm happy with the arrangement. I mean, really, would a non-geek put this whole thing together?

I'm originally from Oregon. I moved to this area in 1998 for work.

I live in San Mateo. If you lived close by, that would be zooty!

Tr: Travel

I enjoy travelling. I've been to quite a few places outside te country. I don't get to travel much, though, and I certainly don't like doing it alone. There's just something important about experiencing something with someone else.

Wk: Work

I've got a job. A good one, too. It keeps me busy during the day, and helps me pay for all my nice bling-bling.

Mt: Mountain Biking

I like mountain biking. I've done some riding at the various parks around this area (Wilder Ranch and Big Basin mostly). I'd love to find someone to ride with.

Rb: Rollerblading

Rollerblading is my preferred form of exercise when I just want to exercise. It's not particularly exciting, or anything, but it gets the job done.

Sn: Snakes

Keep them away from me. Please.

Dc: Dancing

I just don't enjoy it. It's a lack of confidence thing, coupled with lack of rhythm. I'll do it if you want to be seen dancing with a frog in a blender.

Sf: Seafood

Foo! It's stinky. And, yukky. And, bad tasting. The only food where it's sometimes acceptable to bring the creature's face to the table while you eat.

Br: Beer

Mmmm... Beer.

Other alcohol, too, but mostly "Mmmm... Beer."

Tv: Television

I'm an American, so, of course I watch TV. Don't we all? It absorbs some of the day.

I'm pretty partial to the Simpsons. I miss Paradise Hotel now that it's gone. I don't watch nature programs, though. They scare me. Especially the snakes and insects. Sheesh!

Also, it's pretty nice sometimes to just sit and watch TV all night without worrying about anything else. Sometimes there's good stuff on.

Curious George is da bomb. There ain't no better monkey than that! He's always getting into some wacky trouble!

Mv: Movies

Like most people, I like movies. As expected from a male, I like a good sci-fi/action movie (who doesn't like to see shit blow up?). I also like classic movies, especially Cary Grant or Audrey Hepburn movies. Comedies are good, too. Especially if they actually turn out to be funny.

Favorite movies: Star Wars, Roman Holiday, and Sabrina.

Ck: Cooking

I like to cook, and I think I'm pretty good at it. My focus is probably on things that can be cooked over fire (Mmm... Grilling), Indian, Asian, and PWT.

PWT is "poor white trash". There's nothing better than sloppy joes, anything creamed over toast or biscuits, etc. You know, the stuff you'd find cooked at your local trailer park.

Don't ask to share my dessert, though. Especially if it's chocolate. Once I'm done with mine, I'll share yours though! :)

Mu: Music

I like most music. I do successfully exclude country music from my diet, though. That's mostly because it's not really music.

If I had to list a favorite artist, it'd probalby be The Cure and The Beatles. But almost anything gets a chance with me.

Hu: Humor

I like to think I'm a humorous person. I do find things funny that most people wouldn't, so I guess sometimes I'm inappropriate. It'd have to range from stoopid humor all the way up to puns and double entendres.

If you're really special, I'll call you Cracker Jack.

Sm: Smoking

I don't smoke. You shouldn't either. Really. Didn't your mother teach you anything?

De: Desired Ethnicity

I'm not terribly picky about ethnicity. My preferences would be White, Asian or Indian, though.

Dh: Desired Height

I'm looking for someone in the 5 foot to 6 foot range

Dh: Desired Weight

I'm not looking for a particular weight. Mostly I'm interested in folks that are slim to average weight. Perhaps a better way to say it is "height-weight proportionate".

Da: Desired Age

You should probably be between 27 and 33 or so. Give or take a year or so.

Pd: Pictures Desired

Pictures. I've heard that pictures speak 1000 words. That could be true. Let's find out, eh? Responses with pictures will get precedence. I've got my own for trade.
