My boyfriend and I are heading back to Germany for a month this fall, and we're looking for a calm, responsible person or a couple to take care of our place while we're away.

The space:
- Fully furnished (our stuff stays, so it's move-in ready)
- Living space mostly cleared out to give you room for your things

The details:
- Rent: $2900/month
- Damage deposit required (refundable)
- Cleaning fee applies only if you'd rather not clean before you leave. Clean it yourself and skip the fee entirely
- Best suited for a single person or a couple
