Help needed! I am a 31 year old man and I have made poor life choices and landed myself homeless some months back. Was fortunate enough to find some nice people who put me up the last few months in exchange for household work. They’ve had a family member fall on hard times so they’re looking to extend their help to another now. So I’m looking for a similar situation but with the understanding I’m actively looking for full time work so I can get a car again. After I obtain the car I will likely move out so as to not impose for a long time. I’m not looking for handouts just a helping hand willing to help someone in need,who’s willing to exchange room & board for household upkeep.
Should clarify I’m not a handyman so I can’t do the extreme type of house upkeep. But I mean more daily/weekly chores around the house and I can do the landscaping.
So if I didn’t clarify well, 1: in need of a room/backyard for a tent 2: looking to exchange household daily/weekly chores in lieu of rent 3: only trying to be temporary and not be a burden to anyone ever again.
PS. I have a tent I can set up in the backyard if a room isn’t an option but the rest is possible.
