My wife, our 8-year-old, and I are looking for a fully furnished 1-bedroom to sublet for about 6 weeks, from the last week of December through the last week of January. We're visiting NYC for an extended family trip and want a comfortable home base rather than a hotel.

What we're looking for:

Fully furnished, move-in ready (beds, kitchenware, linens)
In-unit or in-building laundry, and wifi included
Budget: $2,500–$3,500/month, all-in
Neighborhoods: Brooklyn, Upper West Side, or Astoria (Queens) — ideally on a quiet, family-friendly block near a park/playground and easy subway access

About us:
We're a clean, quiet, responsible non-smoking family with no pets. We treat homes with care and keep to ourselves. Happy to provide references, ID, and proof of funds, and we can pay the full stay upfront for the right place. Flexible on exact move-in/out dates by a few days if it helps you.
