Their operation is extremely quiet. They are onsite only a couple of hours each weekday morning to fulfill online orders. There is no customer traffic and no employee traffic—just the owners. There is no manufacturing, no hazardous materials, and very little activity. The space does not need to be heated or air conditioned—just clean, dry, secure, and accessible.
