My boyfriend and I are desperately searching for someone to take over our lease at The Edmond! It is a one bedroom one bathroom unit that goes for $855 a month. Rental requirements are flexible and the floor plan is very spacious. The unit is not furnished and does not have in unit laundry although there is an on-site laundry room and all major kitchen appliances are included.
