I'm a single female in my 30's looking for a small cottage or cabin in the Catskills. I adore Phoenicia and would love to find a place in town where I work, but I will consider another Ulster County town if it's the right fit.
I am a low key homebody, I love the outdoors, and have an older, well behaved dog. I am in the process of relocating from Cape Cod, MA so that I can eventually buy my own property in the Catskills.
Please let me know if you know of any available housing available now or coming up for September. I do have some flexibility in my move in date.
