I am an older, white, gay male with two furnished bedrooms available in a large Victorian era house on the south side of St. Joseph with easy access to highway 36. I am looking for another male who would be interested in sharing my home with me.

Rent is $120 per week. You would have a private room and share the bathroom with the other occupants. There is a half bath on the main floor. You must either be employed or have other steady income. You must be able to pass a background check and be able to verify income. You must also provide 3 personnel references.

NO smoking, NO drug or alcohol use is allowed. NO weapons are permitted. No profanity allowed. No drama. You must be OK with cats as I have 7 cats. No other pets will be allowed.

Washer and dryer in the basement. Also internet and cable TV are available.
