I got an older clean house, elderly disabled man has bedroom access to kitchen and bathroom etc., has two bedroom upstairs however no air-conditioning but heated during winter.
He is for the most self sufficient, only needs light help, mostly just to have someone around makes him feel safe in case he falls etc. Mowing would be good too, and help with pets.
I also am a certified in home health provider.
Can cook, clean, yard work, etc.
I also work part time. And retired.
