I NEED HELP CREATING A CALENDAR (MOSES LAKE)

Hey everyone, I am having a bit of an issue, I am trying to create a monthly calendar for 2023,2024,2025 that I can add hours worked for my wage theft claim from my old employer. I can find plenty of templates online for free, but I do not know how to add the 2 additional rows every week for hours worked total and hours over 40 per week. The person handling my claim sent me a calendar that I was supposed to fill out and send back, but I can not edit the calender she sent me so it is really frustrating, if anyone is a pro at making calenders or could possibly help me I would be so appreciative!!! Thank you for reading

The picture is what my claim worker sent me that I am supposed to fill out for 3 years, but I can not edit it in Microsoft or Google docs
