I would consider a year or shorter lease term. This home is in good shape and has only been lived in part time. It is a great home. The negative to the great home is the rough road to the top of the hill. Four wheel or all wheel drive in the winter would be needed. 7 miles to Newland, 29 miles to Boone, 66 miles to Asheville. Fiber internet installed 8/4/26, 2 car garage included. 2 car detached garage could be negotiated. Nice community, your pet will be considered on an individual basis.
