We are looking for a student or working professional with a stable source of income who is respectful, responsible, and looking for a quiet place to call home.
The room includes:
Fully furnished private bedroom
All utilities included
High-speed internet
Shared bathroom with one other person
Quiet household
Convenient location near major roads, shopping, restaurants, and other amenities
House guidelines:
Room is for one person only — no couples, families, or children
No pets
No smoking inside the house
No overnight or regular guests
Must be comfortable around dogs — we have two miniature Schnauzers
We prefer someone who does not plan to cook on a daily basis
We are easygoing and work most of the day, so the house is generally very quiet
We would like to start with a 3-month lease to make sure it is a good fit for everyone. If everything works out well, we would be happy to extend the lease.
Move-in requirements:
First month's rent
One-month security deposit, refundable at the end of the tenancy as long as there is no damage to the room or carpet
