MANUAL LATHE/MILL MACHINIST and/or CNC MILL/LATHE positions.

4 day workweek, 3-day WEEKEND, every week!!
In this role, you will be responsible for setup and operating Mill or Lathe to produce precision components that meet our high standards of quality and performance. We are looking for a Manual and/or CNC Mill or Lathe Operator who can read drawings, make offset changes, and use measuring equipment (like a pro).
You need to be comfortable working with very close tolerances (thousandths); set up your jobs and run first part, adjust programs when needed. This position is critical in ensuring that we continue to deliver top-notch products to our customers.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual or CNC lathes and mills according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with GD&T requirements.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Manual or CNC Lathe and/or Mill Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes.
