Private land with difficult public access behind the properties so you will not only have the property to yourself but also shouldn't see many, if any, other hunters. DIY hunting with suggestions from landowner on where and how to hunt the area. Drop camp tents included unless there is already a cabin on the property. Various sizes of properties from 160 acres to 3000 acres. Archery through rifle for mule deer and elk in GMUs 11, 33, 42, 421 and 52. Hunt price is $3500/person and you get the whole season. 5 day guided cow elk $2500/person. Minimum 2 hunters September and 4 during rifle seasons. Guided hunts from $5500/person for 1 or more hunters on over 20,000 acres private land. Easy draw for licenses in March without preference points on most properties and seasons.
