I believe this is called a "stabilizer", not a brace. It was used exactly once. Size is XLARGE, material is neoprene and nylon. Cold water wash, hang to dry. I do not have an item number; I see none on the stabilizer. Adjusts with two adjustable straps and Velcro closures. I have no other information. Doctor did not give me the packaging. Four photos attached. I know the photos are not the best, but it was not the easiest thing to photograph. Use craigslist mail relay to respond.
