Location: Miami-Dade County (Home Location) Miami, Hialeah, Homestead, Kendall, North Miami, Miami Gardens, Doral, Coral Gables, Broward County (Directly North of Miami-Dade) Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Pembroke, Pines Miramar, Coral Springs, Davie, Palm Beach County (Northern Part of South Florida) West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Wellington, Jupiter Lake, WorthPalm Beach Gardens, Deerfield Beach.Vehicle Requirements:Sedan / SUV: Clean, late-model for ambulatory patients. Minivan / Full-Size Van: For multi-passenger or flexible transport. High-Roof Van or Truck with ADA Ramp/Lift: For Wheelchair & Bariatric transport.Stretcher-Equipped Vehicle: Specialized high-roof van/truck for stretcher clients.
Driver Requirements:
Must be 21+ with a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Must have a clean driving record (MVR) and clean background check.
Must carry commercial auto insurance (or required 1099 liability coverage for Miami-Dade).
Smart phone with GPS capability.Compassionate, punctual, and physically able to assist patients with mobility devices.
