We are a secondhand luxury bag company in Osaka. We deal with many bags and items from popular brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, etc. Each week, we have an online auction for buyers to bid on items. For this position, we would like for someone who can do the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sorting & Picking: Accurately sort incoming luxury items and pick winning auction orders post-sale.
- Data Entry: Log inventory and update Google Sheets using formulas (VLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, data validation).
- Quality Audit: Verify physical tags and descriptions match spreadsheet records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English (CEFR B2 / TOEIC 400 equivalent or higher), Japanese (Basic / JLPT N4 equivalent or higher).
- Comfortable with using Google Sheets or willing to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail and capable of meeting strict weekly auction deadlines.
- Comfortable handling physical inventory (lifting at least 10kg, standing, and sorting items).
- Retail experience or a strong interest in luxury fashion is a plus!
Must currently hold a valid work visa in Japan. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
WORKING HOURS & WAGES:
- 1250 yen/ hour
-9:00-16:00 Monday-Friday (3-4 days a week) , 1hr break between 12-2pm
