Have a 5yo male neutered cat I have been trying to rehome for about 6 months. He should probably be in a home without small kids or dogs, or better yet be a barn cat. I got him a little over a year ago from a girl on Facebook and, undisclosed to me, he was really aggressive and I didn’t know until we brought him home and he started hissing and trying to scratch everyone. I assumed he’d been abused and over time he would calm down but sadly a year later he hasn’t improved much and he’s constantly scratching at my family and I unprovoked. I don’t want to put him outside as an outdoor cat because he wouldn’t fare well in my neighborhood and I live on a busy street. Thats not fair to him. If anyone is willing to take him in or let me know of a place where he can go and live his life in a much happier way, possibly away from too many people, please reach out.
