We are looking for a Beverage Director/General Manager to help us lead our upcoming restaurant in Portland, Maine. We are a husband-and-wife team with over 25 years of collective experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. The restaurant we are opening is a neighborhood restaurant focused on seasonal cooking in Portland, Maine. We are seeking a Beverage Director/General Manager to help us build a tight-knit team focused on warm, approachable hospitality serving ingredient-driven food. This dual role offers full creative autonomy to design a wine program from scratch, curate a seasonal cocktail menu, and establish our front-of-house operational foundation. You will manage daily operations, lead FOH hiring and training, and foster a culture of educated service. This position starts March 2027.
