Bold Shops LLC is hiring a local sales rep to grow our Frederick merchant network for The Movement — a student discount platform used by college students across the country. Your job is simple: meet with local business owners, explain the program, and sign them up.
What’s in it for you:
• $15 per free merchant activation
• 50% of revenue on every exclusivity deal you close — no ceiling
• $50 bonus when you hit 10+ activations in a month
• Warm pipeline of businesses already introduced to the platform — you’re not starting from zero
• Set your own schedule — typically 5–6 hours per week
You’re a fit if:
• You’ve done door-to-door, B2B, insurance, or any commission-based sales
• You’re comfortable walking into businesses cold and asking for the decision-maker
• You’re local to Frederick County and can drive to merchant locations
• You want flexible, local work that pays based on your results — not your hours
Important: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. 100% commission, no guaranteed base pay.
