Bigger Room: $1,100/month (Damage/cleaning deposit: $500)
Utilities: Not included; costs are shared among roommates.
Initial First and last month payment requires.
Parking: Plenty of space for multiple vehicles, including boats, RVs, and trailers if you have.
The Rooms & Amenities:
Fully Furnished: Each room includes a bed, table and chair and private appliances (small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, water boiler, and toaster oven).
Shared Spaces: Full access to a shared kitchen and laundry facilities.
Shared responsibilities bathroom and loundry rooms. Maintain common areas like living room/entry room clean. Kitchen and bathroom must be cleaned at all times after each use.
Private Entry: Bigger bedroom features a private exterior door leading directly to the backyard patio.

Bathroom: Shared between the two rental rooms.
Outdoor Life & Hobby Farming:
Gardening & Leisure: Plenty of land available! We welcome you to start your own garden plot. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace on quiet evenings.
The Farm Feel: We have a chicken coop and a rooster that sings in the morning, and ducks that are very quiet. You are more than welcome to bring your own chickens or ducks!
Pets:Cat, bird, and small pet-friendly. Strictly no dogs, please.
Ideal Roommate:
We value a peaceful home environment. While we don't need to be best friends, we require respectful, clean, and quiet roommates. Established house rules are in place to ensure everyone’s comfort.
Storage & Terms:
On-site Storage: No indoor storage available. However, you are welcome to bring your own shipping container if you need extra space.
Move-in Costs: First and last month’s rent + damage/cleaning deposit.
Qualifications: Solid rental history for the last 5 years.
