I got a job outside of DFW and need to move out! I love this apartment and neighborhood, and as a TWU alum and former TWU adjunct professor, it’s one of the best places I’ve lived in Denton over the last decade. This place is perfect for an adjunct, grad student, upperclassman, or anyone looking for a quiet solo living space near TWU.
I genuinely would not give up this apartment if I didn’t need to move for my new job. I love this area and have enjoyed living so close to the Square. The property is managed by Struga Management, and they have always been communicative and nice to me, and they do a good job of maintaining the property. In the last 3 years I have lived here, my rent has also not been raised, which has been great.
I really need someone to take over this lease, and I am willing to pay August's rent (This is contingent on being approved by the leasing office). I will also pay for a thorough professional cleaning of the apartment after I move out and provide proof of the service!
It’s on the second floor, and there’s a big extra window in the kitchen (which most units don’t have). They just replaced the entire AC this year, and the fridge was replaced within the last year. The dishwasher is older, but it always works. Laundry facilities on site with multiple washers and dryers. Nice and quiet neighbors. TWU neighborhoods are really peaceful, and I have enjoyed living there for the last few years.
