We're looking to hire a "go getter" to fill a full time Operations position. Typical duties include shipping and receiving, order processing and other tasks as assigned. We seek someone bright, energetic, and personable. We can train the rest!
We're an e-commerce company with a solid team of "down to Earth" people. We're growing company and this is a long term position with solid short and long term potential for growth and compensation increases.
What do we do? We sell parts and provide services to the diesel passenger truck sector. (i.e. daily driver, performance, work etc.) Sounds like "simple" pass through work, but we also provide electronic module repair/reconditioning, instrument cluster repairs, ECM and FICM tuning, etc. So, there's a fairly steep technical slant to what we do here. We also build custom cabling in-house, have our own line of H.O. alternators, etc.
Skills, experience or interest in the automotive sector can be a big plus, but it's simply not a requirement for someone to succeed here. If someone shows up every day, and is alert and bright with a positive attitude, they cannot fail.
Perhaps the best part of our operation are the people. We have a good group of people here and I'd say the connections and interactions with other employees is one of the "best" parts of the working day. People matter.

What does someone need to succeed here?
Reliability - We do have "sick time", and "PTO" for FT employees. We do understand people can get ill, have emergencies, have family obligations, vacations, funerals, etc. - At the same time, if hired for a full time position, we expect full time performance. It's that simple.

Note our location. We're in Cumming (just South of WDM), a couple minutes off the I-35 Interstate. A typical commute from the WDM or Norwalk areas is less than 10 minutes. i.e. a lot faster than many "in town" commutes that are shorter
