Hello! We are a M (38) F (42) couple looking to rent a space with a private entrance and secure. We need 2 rooms at least and would love to have lots of storage space or even an office, back yard or patio to relax outside, or even a garden (we love fresh veggies). Utilities would be nice if they were included but not necessary. We prefer Longmont but open to areas close by. We are clean and tend to keep to ourselves but are friendly. Male is a culinary arts graduate and FT employed. Female is currently a student at FRCC studying Criminal Justice (almost done YAY!) and also employed FT. Male has a medical marijuana card and does smoke but does not smoke inside. We do have a beta fish and a banana python who is in a padlocked enclosure, who is very friendly. Must be background friendly as Male is a felon, it is NOT drug related or any type of sex offense. Female has a clean background.
