Hi (Salaam سلام),
I am a native Persian speaker, and I studied Persian Language and Literature at university.
My teaching methodology is similar to university-level courses, and it is tailored to each student’s level of Persian, learning goals, interests, and needs. I can help you achieve your learning goals by focusing on the areas that are most important to you.
Lessons are based on everyday and practical situations. You will learn through interactive exercises and engaging conversations designed to help you build a strong foundation and improve your confidence in using Persian.
I also have extensive experience teaching Persian reading and writing to children. My children’s classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. There is no homework, which makes the learning experience more enjoyable for children, and my students really enjoy coming to my classes.
If you are interested in additional practice, I can also ask you questions about what we have learned during the lesson through Skype or another app.
My goal is to create a learning experience that is not only productive and progressive but also enjoyable.
For your information, I have been approved by the University of Calgary and Langara College to present Farsi courses, and I currently teach Farsi at Langara College and Coquitlam Continuing Education.
