Wave it English is looking for a motivated, reliable, and engaging Business English Teacher to join our growing team.
This is a remote, part-time position ideal for teachers who enjoy working with adult professionals in a communicative, supportive, and dynamic environment. Our students range from Beginner to Advanced levels and come from a wide variety of companies and industries across Latin America.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and communicative Business English lessons using the teaching materials provided by Wave it English.
* Help students develop practical workplace communication skills, including meetings, presentations, emails, negotiations, and everyday professional conversations.
* Provide constructive feedback and encourage students to build confidence in speaking English.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
* Arrive prepared and on time for every lesson while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
* Previous ESL teaching experience, preferably with adult learners.
* TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or an equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining a consistent teaching schedule.
* Availability to teach a fixed schedule within our class hours of 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (EST) (We'll assign classes based on your availability within this time window)
* A reliable computer (laptop or desktop) capable of running Zoom smoothly.
* A stable, high-speed internet connection.
* A headset with an integrated microphone for clear audio quality.
* A quiet, professional, and distraction-free workspace with good lighting suitable for online teaching.
* Comfortable using Zoom and other online teaching tools.
