The house is a single-story home with wooden bamboo floors throughout. There's a modern kitchen with double ovens, separate dining room, a main floor laundry room, a screened-in back porch and a front courtyard set up for barbecuing around wrought iron tables.

The home is several blocks from a picturesque pond that makes for a great morning or early evening walk and is a few blocks from an abundance of nearby shopping and restaurants.

It is situated in a peaceful, safe, homeowner occupied neighborhood. It sits halfway between Manchester and Clayton roads and a few blocks west of Hwy 141. Move-in is available following background check, etc.
