I'm looking for a place to rent for myself and 3 children, and I am losing hope and out on time. The house we are in has sold and even though I have been looking for a few months it seems like all of the listings are scams or want way too much money up front. What happened to first month and security only? Please help me find a place. If you know anyone looking for a tenant that pays on time, is quiet (yes even though I have kids we are respectful of others) and clean, send them my way.
