We are looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives / Solar Appointment Setters to join our team in Arizona! You will connect directly with local homeowners, educate them on the benefits of switching to clean energy, and schedule appointments for our senior solar consultants. No closing or sales experience required—we will fully train you!
🌴 WHAT WE PROVIDE (Relocation Package):
FREE Housing Included: Fully provided accommodation when you arrive in Arizona Travel Covered: We cover your trip from Ames to Arizona—whether you prefer a paid flight or gas money to drive down.
Solid Pay: Base structure + generous uncapped commission. Earn $1,000 – $2,500+ weekly depending on your drive!
📋 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Engage face-to-face with homeowners in suburban neighborhoods (direct field outreach/door-to-door).
Spark interest in solar options, collect basic utility info, and set up consultations.
Serve as the friendly face of the company in local residential communities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to relocate from Ames to Arizona.
Upbeat, friendly, and hard-working personality.
Ability to work afternoons/evenings and walk outdoors comfortably.
Must be 18+ with a positive attitude.
