63M Seeking Room / House Share (Sedona • Cottonwood - Jerome)

I have a long history in Northern Arizona — I went to NAU, worked at the Museum of Northern Arizona, lived in Cottonwood and Clarkdale, and worked in Sedona for about seven years. I’m drawn back by the natural beauty, hiking, arts and creative community, galleries, music, coffee shops, farmers markets, and overall lifestyle.
I have reliable retirement income and do some part-time remote work. I’m also hoping to find some local part-time work, particularly in the arts. I’m clean, quiet, responsible, friendly, handy, and respectful of other people’s space. I don’t smoke or drink and take pride in keeping a home clean and comfortable.
I’m looking for a furnished room or house share, ideally with a private bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a month-to-month or short-term arrangement. I currently don’t have a car, so a location that is walkable or has convenient bus access is especially helpful. I’m open to Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, or nearby communities.
