Birght apartment with balcony. Wi-Fi. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances.

The location of the apartment could not be any better.
In the middle of Friedrichshain one finds the most amazing bars, cafes and restaurants just a stones throw away and there are numerous shops.
The Treptower Park is within walking distance in 7 minutes and offers a good rest right in the middle of the big city.
Also the train station Ostkreuz with the train lines S41 and S42 can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

- You are two friends or a couple ? No problem. The room can be used by 2 people.
- No cleaning fee, because one of the roomates is sub and cleaning / working for all roomates - Please write in your message if you would also accept and use the sub

-Excellent transport: Metro Station Ostkreuz 5 minutes
