This fixer-upper is named "Christine", as she has the ability to fix herself, currently a work in progress, and does not necessarily require a handyman. Renovations in progress include mostly exterior work, such as resizing to aprox. 15 sq. ft. (30 lbs in human terms), reinforcing the exterior structure, and a fresh coat of paint.
