The rock was from my garden and I was just using it to weight down the "free" sign. In retrospect, I should have been more specific that the rock was not part of the yard sale leftovers, but it honestly didn't occur to me that someone would think it was, lol. It was just being used to keep the sign from blowing away. You took the sign and the rock, and left the screens and the lid to the plastic bin? I'm dying laughing here, although in fairness, the rock was way cooler than the screens, so I kinda get it. The rock is sentimental to me, my kids bring them home. I liked that one, it's a great size and weight and has been used over the years to weigh down many things. I understand why you'd want it. But like, in the event you want to be cool and bring me back my rock, that'd be amazing. In the event you are now emotionally attached to my cool rock and plan to hoard it to the end of your days, well, I hope it has a good life with you on its sedimentary journey.
Edit: The unwitting new owner of cool rock actually did see this and rock is being returned to its child caretakers and place of glory in our garden beds! Although it may be confused by it's sudden boomerang trip, when life is lived at the glacial speed of geological formation, what's a day or two on a unexpected field trip? Thank you all for all the fun of the past few yard sale-ing days together, Happy Easter everyone!
