I would like to thank you - New York - for your interest in my paint. I have had 74 responses. I was expecting perhaps 2. I may go into the paint business as there certainly does seem to be demand. I am also seriously thinking about proposing a paint party where 74 people can mingle and discuss the latest developments in semi gloss and satin finishes.
74? Well 73 people actually. I don't think I will be inviting the gentleman who seemed to think that my offer of free (or nearly free) paint was in fact a coded invitation to meet him in an upper east side public toilet.

I have had 5 offers of a date (From 5 individuals - not 1 extremely persistent person in case you were wondering)- this is amazingly flattering. I'm very tempted.

On the subject of the cat - I don't actually have a cat. The reference to me paining one in my earlier post was meant as a joke. I would like to take the opportunity to apologise to the three respondents who took offense at this.
I nearly forgot! what happened to the paint? (you're dying to know). well it has a happy ending. A school in the city contacted me and I'm going to give it to them this weekend.
