If you don't care about unsavory tenants, loud noise, doors banging,people screaming expletives at their children & each other (in high volume,) & garbage piled high in front of your window,then you'll be right at home here. The apt. itself is huge & interesting,high tin ceilings,large,etc.- but the rest is for you to decide...
