Large Power Fist paperweight

My son left this and some other junk behind when he went to college.

I think this large paperweight must have fallen off of his desk and rolled under the bed.
It's about 12 inches and made of some kind of semi-flexible rubber.

Says "power fist" on base. I assume it's a African American pride thing? (his father was black)
