Last year we started off strong and got hit with some key injuries. Although, it was a bit disappointing, I really feel that our team matured a lot.
Our defense has gotten a lot better and I'm confident the Super Bowl winning Offensive Coordinator, Mike Martz can turn the offense around. Most people don't give us the credit and you'll never hear the media say it, but we already have a championship caliber defense. Martz will get that offense clicking and our niners should be an absolute joy to watch this year.
Patrick Willis should have won the Defensive Player of the year last year, but he got robbed. That guy alone is worth the price of admission. He's literally a homing missile. You can hear his hits all across the stadium. While I'm at it, lets not forget the other stars on our defense: Newly signed and highly coveted free agent Justin Smith, 1st round pick Kentwan Balmer, the $80 million man Nate Clements, one of 2006's 1st round picks and back from season ending injury Manny Lawson.
I'm getting hyped up just thinking about it, but I can't forget our offensive stars: All Pro RB Frank Gore, Vernon 'the freak' Davis, already one of the best tackles in the game Joe Staley, and the WR trio: future hall of famer Isaac Bruce, Arnaz Battle & Bryant Johnson.
Tickets have been received from the 49er ticket office and I have them in hand. They can be obtained by local pick or via PayPal/Shipping for a small cost. I'm a PayPal verified member and have been for nearly 8 years.
