Great central location on Gough Street in Hayes Valley is easily accessible from anywhere in the City, and from BART, MUNI and freeways. GENERAL DETAILS

The community clinic and private treatment suites share the following features:

All are furnished with a Chinese armoire, a wood desk with file drawers, shoji screens, stereo-system with a good selection of mellow classical, jazz and world music CDs, compact 4-in-1 copy machine/fax/scanner/printer, electric tea kettle and dustbuster.  The ambience is comfortable, serene and professional.
<br>

<br>
All have a deluxe model massage table with comfortable 3-inch foam, a double-action adjustable headrest and an attachable arm cradle (which opens the upper back for massage or facilitates simultaneous needling of points such as GB 20 and LI 4).  The tables bear up to 800 lbs. so can also be used for vigorous bodywork styles.  They are also Reiki friendly and easily fold down for floor-style massage.  Extra pillows in various sizes, a fleece blanket and electric heating pad are stored on a fabric shelf below each table.

Both suites include full use of a Chinese Herb Pharmacy and/or space to stock your own herbs. Suite 1 has a small selection of teapills as well as space for you to stock your choice of herbal products. Suite 2 (community clinic) stocks a good selection of capsules and teapills, as well as formulas and single herbs in powder form. You pay only wholesale, sales tax and a small inventory fee. Medical equipment available in both suites includes portable desktop mercury blood pressure pump, moxa box, cupping supplies, etc. Suite 2 also has an electrostim machine for electro-acupuncture.

Both suites have access to a small, shared space for heating meals, and there are plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

I currently have a space in the lower nob hill area which i have been using for the past year as a location for a sewing studio in combination with a storefront. The Space:<br>
200 square feet split into two equally sized rooms.  The rooms are connected by a standard doorway (no door) and there is a bathroom and small storage closet.  The back room, where i have been working, is set up for sewing.  There a several work surfaces, a drafting table and shelves.  I plan to continue using this space for my work, but could share it with one other person.  The front room (currently selling space) has a shelving and no work surfaces, so whoever occupies this space would have to supply what they need.  There is minimal overhead lighting so lamps would probably be required as well.  Logistically, only one person could work in each room at once, so sharing either of the two rooms would mean divvying days of the week.<br>
<br>
The People<br>
I am a female clothing designer, using the space primarily for sewing.  I am seeking  a couple of young, fun, creative, RESPONSIBLE people who want to work hard while enjoying sharing a creative space.  Male or female, I hope to find people interested in supporting an environment where ideas can be shared and mutual motivation fostered.  The space can be used for all kinds of crafts, but because of the limited space and minimal ventilation, painters, power-tool users and artists working on a large scale would not be a good fit.  Sewers, jewelers, crafters or even writers or musicians are some possibilities.  <br>

The Cost<br>
This would depend on how many people share the space, and in which way the space is shared.  Between just two, the rent  would run $300/mo.  Between 3, rent would decrease and be determined by who has the private space and who shares.  With four people, rent would be just $150!  PG&E would be shared.  internet hook-up optional.<br>

<description><![CDATA[Fabulous, roomy office space available for rent.  I currently share the space with one other immigration attorney who barely uses it (maybe 3-5 hours a month).  There needs to be some flixibility with the times, but I'm sure you could just agree that she would use it 1 set day a week and you'd get it for the other 4.  <br>

The office is fully furnished (desk, chair) and has built in shelves.  There are two big windows on two of the walls.  The office is in a suite with 2 other offices, there is a large common area and a fax machine and copier that you can use.<br>

It is centrally located (Pine Street and Montgomery, only a few blocks from Market).  Please let me know if you're interested, and tell me a little about yourself and what you would be using the office for.<br>

At the end of December, you would have the option to take over the entire lease for $600 a month.  An unbelievable deal for the area.  I'm moving back to New York in the next few months and won't be taking on any new clients in the meantime, so I don't really need an office space.  That is the only reason I'm giving it up.  <br>
