I am a 22 year old woman looking for a place to live temporarily. I graduated from college in June and am now starting a new professional life for myself in San Fran. I need a place to stay for a few months (probably no longer than 5 months at the most) while I find a job and move on to a more permanent housing situation. I'd prefer to live in the city, but I am willing to live in Berkeley or anywhere in the East Bay that is near public transportation.

I am mature, responsible, CLEAN, and quiet (yet still very nice and friendly!). Ideally I would like my own bedroom, but I am definitely open to sharing a room or studio if it is cheap. Also, if I'm at home working on music it's not noisy - I use headphones and do everything on the computer and my digital piano.

Money-wise, I have a very stable income (despite what I do sounding a bit non-traditional), and would pay rent and bills on time with no hassle. I don't own a ton of stuff, so my move-in process would be very painless and hopefully not intrusive on the rest of the housemates. I have very good credit and impeccable references, both available upon request.

Hi there! I've been on the elusive hunt of finding a new place to call home. I have been looking for two months now since I was informed that our condo was being sold and have to be out by October 31st. :(

I currently live in Western Addition but am flexible on location.
