Hello all. We're a small T-Shirt company with a full Silk Screening setup but we're without a home. We're looking for someone with some kind of studio space where we can set up shop. The tradeoff is this. We share your space (minimal, I swear and we'd keep it clean) and you can use our gear. That's the most straight up offer, but of course we'd be open to negotiate other ways to make it happen. As for who we are. We're two dudes just trying to make our way in the DIY business. Hmmm, maybs to sweeten up the deal: I have turntables that I don't have space for in my loft, but I don't want to get rid of either. Perhaps I could set those up there too if there's room and we could all geek out on records. Thanks, My name is Matthew.
