south. The apartment has a long hallway with doors opening into the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom, and ending at a very large closet. Some call this the railway model. It has refinished hardwood floors. The bedroom has 5 
large bay windows, which give the unit plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day, and because it faces south it pretty much gets direct sunlight all day. Not good for people who like to code at home. Also, because the apartment is situated on the exterior of the building on the Leavenworth side, it gets rather noisy during the mad rush hour after work to find parking. If you're at home from 5 - 7 pm and you like to write poetry, this might not be for you. Otherwise it's a pretty neat and quaint apartment.
