One room, which is available for either shared or exclusive rental, includes all utilities, advertising, website presence, personalized email account, studio referrals, and use of the common space in the studio. There is no furniture in this room aside from the massage table and sink, and you would be able to furnish it yourself with whatever you may need.

The other room is similar with no sink and has nice light from two large windows.
<br><br>
Monthly rates to rent exclusively are negotiable based on your needs.
<br><br>
Shared rates are by an arrangement to rent by day per month. For example, if you want Mondays then it's $175 per month for Mondays. If you want Mondays and Wednesdays then ($175x2). Days available are negotiable.
