Water and garbage is paid for and there is a small $250 deposit. We are just off of Winchester, right next to Campbell, and less than 5 min away from Santana Row, Valley Fair Mall, and 280. You will be sharing the apartment with two males in their late 20’s. One works and the other is an international grad student at SJSU. We are looking for someone who is easygoing, reasonably clean, and very friendly =]. It is, all together, a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. There is a very comfortable futon bed in the living room that is available for you to sleep on. You will probably need some closet space, so we would let you use half of one closet in a room (it’s a big closet). You can move in any time after the 23rd of August. The complex is in a nice neighborhood and is near the Alameda exit off of Highway 880.  We are very close to several different shopping centers and two major bus stops.<br>

The apartment is in pretty good condition overall.  It has two air conditioners-one in each room, a brand new dishwasher, electric stove top oven, and plenty of closet and cabinet space.  I have cable T.V. and high-speed wireless internet available should you be interested.  There is on-site parking available, a coin laundry room, a big backyard area, and an outdoor pool.<br>
<br>
The rent is $595.00 a month due by the 1st of every month with a $300.00 refundable cash security deposit due by the 1st day of occupancy.  The lease is month to month.  Water and garbage are free and we split PG&E each month.<br>
<br>
I am 22 year old male who goes to San Jose State and works part time as a manager at Safeway.  I don't smoke or do drugs and I rarely drink.  I am financially reponsible, clean, quiet, and respectful and I would like to rent to someone similar.  Also, I would prefer to rent to a student, but I will consider all those interested.
