Customer satisfaction was my Top-Priorty during my 40+ years as a builder in San Mateo Co. & CA. I am knowledgeable in Real Estate rental law & regulations. I have owned & managed several apartment buildings in the Bay Area.

I have an out-going personality with excellent communication skills. I am computer literate & stay abreast of current real estate rental law. I have excellent coordination and management skills.

I am college educated with a major in architecture; and have hands-on experience in all aspects of the construction trades with special emphasis in carpentry. I have tools, transportation & flex-time.

I am an author - a fiction writer - and work out of my home... and thereby have a schedule that would be quite flexible for showing, repairs and top maintenance of your apartment complex.
