ONLY continue reading if you are MELISSA ***** *********:

This may be a completely cheesy approach to what I'm about to do, and you would probably only see this written in a Lifetime original movie. However, this is the way that I met you and that seemed to work out pretty well.

I can honestly say that you are the girl of my dreams. When searching for a roommate, I literally dreamt that an attractive girl would respond to my Craigslist ad and that we would hit it off. The moment that I saw you for the first time, I knew that you would be a good candidate. Unlike most people that I first meet, I felt completely comfortable around you and I was able to be myself right away. It seemed incredibly unreal how much I had in common with this absolute stranger.

Being with you, I have realized there can't possibly be another woman out there that is as compatible with me as you are. We share the same awful sense of humor and view life very similarly. Sure, we have moments when we make each other mad or sad, but those times cannot even compare to the happiness that we bring each other.

Before I met you, I didn't really have anything to look forward to. I would just wait for the days to pass. Now, I have a best friend that I can do all of the things that I enjoy with. Whether it is a spontaneous, three-day hiking trip along the coast or just staying at home, watching Netflix and devouring Top Ramen "soup."

If there is anything I truly believe that is "meant to be," it is the two of us being together. I still have no clue how my future is going to pan out, but I know for a fact that I do not want to experience it without you. In tradition of doing everything in our relationship backwards (moving in, then dating, then having our precious baby boy), this next step only seems natural. I love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you and help you get rid of your terrible last name.

Melissa, will you marry me. . . m'kay?
